This Agreement governs your access to and use of the GCC VIRTUALS platform, including its website, flight logging, forums, databases, and related services (the "VA Platform").
By registering or using the VA Platform, you ("Member", "you", "your") agree to these terms in full.
1.1 The VA: "GCC VIRTUALS", "the VA", "we", or "us" means the virtual airline operator and administrator of the VA Platform, administered from the Gulf region (United Arab Emirates).
1.2 The Member: "you" or "your" means the individual applying for or holding membership.
1.3 Materials: VA Platform materials include our software, design, data, and content we provide. Third-party trademarks remain with their owners.
2.1 Use of the VA Platform requires acceptance of this Agreement.
2.2 We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect when posted.
2.3 Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the VA Platform and request termination of your membership.
3.1 Simulation only: The VA Platform is for flight simulation and entertainment only. It does not provide real-world training, certification, or employment.
3.2 As-is: The VA Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties except where the law requires otherwise.
3.3 No real-world reliance: Virtual performance, hours, or ranks have no effect on real-world qualifications.
3.4 Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the VA Platform without prior notice.
4.1 Membership is a privilege. We may accept or reject applications at our discretion.
4.2 We may suspend or terminate membership immediately for breach of this Agreement or conduct harmful to the community.
4.3 You may leave the VA at any time by notifying administration in writing.
4.4 On termination, your access ends immediately. Sections that should survive (liability limits, indemnity, IP) remain in force.
5.1 Use the VA Platform lawfully, for non-commercial simulation, and respect other members.

6.1 Non-affiliation: GCC VIRTUALS is not affiliated with any real-world airline. All real-world trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
6.2 Simulation use: References to real-world liveries, schedules, or brands are for non-commercial entertainment and education, consistent with commonly recognised fair use / fair dealing principles where they apply in your jurisdiction.
6.3 VA-owned software, design, algorithms, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors.
6.4–6.5 You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit VA materials except as this Agreement allows.
6.6–6.8 Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling VA Platform materials without written consent is prohibited.
7.1 We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the VA Platform will meet every expectation.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by the laws applicable to you, the VA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the VA Platform, including loss of data, goodwill, or profits.
8.2 Mandatory consumer rights in your home country still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
9.1 You use the VA Platform at your own risk regarding how you interpret or rely on any information shown.
9.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the VA and its staff from claims arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the VA Platform, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
10.1 Governing framework: GCC VIRTUALS is administered from the Gulf region (United Arab Emirates). This Agreement is interpreted in that context. Mandatory laws in your country of residence (including consumer protection and data protection rules such as the GDPR or UK GDPR, where applicable) apply to you and cannot be overridden by this Agreement where the law forbids it.
10.1b Online networks: If you use VATSIM, IVAO, or similar networks, you must follow those networks' own rules. GCC VIRTUALS is not affiliated with VATSIM or IVAO. Your conduct on those networks is your responsibility.
10.2 Courts: If the VA brings legal proceedings, they may be brought in the UAE. If you bring proceedings, you may use the competent courts of your primary residence or the UAE, as applicable law allows.
10.3 Disputes: Parties will first try good-faith negotiation (90 days). If unresolved, disputes go to mediation in the UAE or another location both parties agree on, before court action where permitted.
10.4 Compliance: You are responsible for obeying all laws that apply to you locally and internationally when using the VA Platform.
10.5 Privacy: We collect only information needed to operate membership (e.g. name, email, application answers). We do not sell member data. You may contact administration to request correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements. We aim to follow widely recognised data-protection principles for members worldwide.
11.1 If one clause is invalid, the rest remains effective.
11.2 This Agreement is the full agreement between you and the VA regarding the VA Platform.
12.1 Links to third-party sites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
